In order to be eligible for a refund, please send an email to within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Please reply with your name, order number, the reason you’re less than satisfied and we’ll refund your money. As a small company, we can only accept refunds for single boxes (10 packs) and not for bulk orders.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.
